How much will I be charged for shipping and how will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders of $75 and over for FREE via FedEx/UPS Ground for Small Parcel items and White Glove Bronze (see below) for heavy and/or bulky items within 48 continental U.S. states (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and International shipments). Expedited FedEx/UPS shipping methods are available for Small Parcel items.

We charge $7.00 flat rate shipping charge for any order under $75.00 shipped via UPS/FedEx Ground method to any address within continental United States. Additional shipping charges apply for expedited FedEx/UPS delivery methods and orders shipped to HI, AK, other U.S. territories, and International addresses. We do not ship to PO boxes or military APOs.

We offer four different shipping methods for items that are heavy and/or bulky. All products requiring White Glove delivery are marked so on product detail pages with options to select various White Glove shipping methods listed below:


1. White Glove Bronze - FREE
2. White Glove Silver – available at additional $99.00
3. White Glove Gold – available at additional $139.00
4. White Glove Platinum – available at additional $179

White Glove Bronze service is 2-person delivery, inside the threshold, stair carries (up to two (2) flights prior to the threshold). If any piece weighs more than 300 lbs. or pieces are greater than four, shipment will only be available for delivery to the First Dry Area or Garage. Palletized or crated merchandise will be delivered to the First Dry Area or Garage only.

White Glove Silver service includes inside placement and two flights of stairs.

White Glove Gold service includes inside placement, two flights of stairs, unpacking, debris removal, and set-up limited to 15 minutes (and no usage of tools).

White Glove Platinum Service includes inside placement, two flights of stairs, unpacking, debris removal, and light assembly limited to 30 minutes.

How quickly will my order be shipped and when will I receive it?

We understand our customer’s desire and expectation to receive their order(s) as fast as possible. All of us working here at EspressoPros have the same expectations when we do our own shopping online. So, here’s what you can expect.

All products in our store at EspressoPros.com have clearly marked lead times in a format similar to the following: “ships within 24-48 hours”. This lead time indicates how long it takes to process an order and prepare this particular product for shipment and when you should expect to receive an order shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. Upon receipt of this email you will be able to track a progress of your shipment either through your account with us or by using order status section of our website, located here: Order Status

Here’s what to expect once your order is shipped…


Small Parcel shipments or those that do not require White Glove delivery service:
Since we ship from warehouses located throughout the United States, shipping times may vary for different products. For example, for a person living in California, it may take 1-2 business days to receive an item that is shipped via Ground from a warehouse located in California. However, it may take up to 6 business days to receive an item shipped via Ground from our warehouse in New York. In general, it shouldn’t take longer than 6 business day for your order to reach your door step, if it’s shipped via Ground. We also offer expedited shipping methods at standard shipping rates as described in previous section and you should expect to receive your item within a time frame of the shipping method that you have selected, regardless of where our warehouse is located. If you receive a damaged item, in order to simplify claim procedure, please let us know about it within seven business days of receiving your order.

 

White Glove Shipments:
Similarly to small parcel shipments, we ship items requiring White Glove delivery from warehouses located throughout the United States. Delivery times, however, are slightly longer due to specifics of White Glove delivery service. In general, you should expect to receive any item shipped via White Glove delivery service 1-3 weeks after an item was shipped.

 

Once your item reaches a distribution center near you, a representative from a shipping company will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Important! Although all items shipped via White Glove delivery service are handled carefully, upon delivery, please inspect the shipment for any damage. If you find a damaged carton or have any reason to believe that the item is damaged, please write “Product Damaged” on a delivery document that a person from the shipping company asks you to sign. This would insure an easy processing if an item turns out to be indeed damaged.
